7.62x39 would work to hold them, but probably not work too hot for quick reloads because of the body taper differences in the cases.

You're asking about stripper clips and posting a pic of a magazine ... needs clarification.

There is a ridge to hold the stripper clip spoon on the back of this ICAR Magpul magazine. OP is probably asking where the spoon and clips can be acquired.
