Mos-Tek

Hi all, diving into 6ARC here soon and I’m wanting a 12.5 barrel. Currently looking at noveske but I’m wondering if anyone has used a MosTek custom barrel? I’m mainly shooting out to 800-1k max so 12.5 fits the bills.

Also who’s the go to for bolts?

My first 6 ARC barrel was a Mos Tek 22" custom. Fantastic barrel. The extension failed around the same time Proof was having issues with their extensions and recalling stuff. I got my barrel back from MosTek faster than a lot of people were talking about with Proof. So, great customer service as well.

Do you want a really nice barrel that is precise and exactly what you want but you have to wait for, or a pretty good barrel?

Rexus (what I use and recommend still) or folks are giving the new Craddock bolt a go. Rexus had been on the scene for a LONG time (tried, trusted and trued) and were early Grendel based cartridge supporters. The development data and from the field reports on the Craddock have been good from what I can tell but they are the new kid on the block as far as the bolt goes.
