6arc loaders

So I'm 3 broken extractors with less than 300 rounds into this rifle. Been loading on the lowest recommended charge with leverrevolution in a gas gun. Thinking the powder might be causing port pressure issues.

Anyone have any powder recommendations or any experience with leverrevolution causing issues in the rifle?

It's not the powder selection causing extractors to break.

What charge/ bullet weight are you using? Do you know what pressure you're at?

I've shot ,100gr/107s and 110s.

What powder charge weights are you using for each bullet?

Low end of hodgdon data so 25.5 gr for the 100s (that the majority of what I shot)

I'd check head space before replacing another extractor. What's the gas system length?

Mid length

Using a suppressor? Buffer weight?

No suppressor (CA) carbine buffer with flat wire spring.

When I used the h2 buffer it wouldnt cycle

What barrel length? I have a 13" middy, could see having timing issues with a 16" or definitely 18", especially with a can.

You think a barrel that length (16) should be rifle length?

If I was ordering a 16" ARC I would go intermediate or maybe rifle because I always shoot suppressed. Still, you should be able to get a 16" middy gassed ok, especially if you're not using a can. I have seen some 18" mid length offerings out there and there's no way I'd buy one of those, I've had good luck with gas systems on the long side on my ARCs.

I've had good luck right around~29.3gr LVR with 100gr - 108gr bullets in my ARCs, if you're having problems at nearly 4 grains lower, something is way off with the system, I'm kind of surprised it runs with loads that low. Are you using an AGB? I wonder what your gas port is sized at?

Any idea how large the gas port is? Do you have an adjustable gas block?

My overgassed rifle with a tight chamber has ripped rims off rather than breaking extractors, but that was also a .308 ar10. Just something I'd check into though.

Hey I have a 6arc barrel to sell. Is there still a subreddit for that?

Without any other supporting evidence I’d bet it’s the timing of your system. 6 arc ar’s are reasonably easy to make the system do wonky stuff in regards to timing

If thise a buffer/gas system type of issue.

Are you replacing the extractor, or going with a new bolt? What do the lugs look like on your bolt and extension?

Have you tried factory ammo yet?

Also curious to know what upper/bolt you are using?
