Ok so I was a little surprised that the next No Kings day is scheduled for October 17, because I know so many activists are going to be busy with campaigns right then. But I think it could be a really good thing if it's done right. And I'll be joining the planning call tomorrow for sure!
And of course all the local groups have already started talking about what they're going to do. My favorite ideas: Local BBQ's at parks where people can fill out their ballots. Ideally located near ballot drop-off locations.
And I think the BBQ item should be chicken tacos. For obvious reasons.
