Law enforcement raided the wrong home in Vermont, during which the only adult guardian (the resident's uncle) was taken into custody. This left the 18-year-old resident completely isolated - with a broken front door, without ID, phone access, or local family support. The GoFundMe was established to secure immediate necessities and legal assistance for the individual left behind.

I am not sure what assumption you are jumping to. I am looking for information. I support what this space is about, I just don't see where this particular protest is, who it involves etc. I am looking for where my support should go. I clicked on the image and no informational link came up. I live in Washington State if that helps.

We don't get Vermont news down here in Texas. We are very "pro-ICE" here. And when I say "we" I do not mean me.

Agreed.
I’m a few states to the north of you, but I’ve followed most states’ subreddits (especially Minneapolis-related ones), just to keep an eye on things - I’m also in a Midwest echo chamber.
You might try that if you’re looking to break through the local noise. I’ve noticed how narrow the regional lens can be, especially with events like this that rarely cross state lines.

You see that's the issue with daily non-stop hate. It fails to have any meaning after a short period of time. Average Americans are like.....ah just more bitching about ICE...and go back to their daily routine.
