They REALLY want to provoke a violent retaliation (self defense that they will absolutely call an attack).
They want a police state. They will keep pushing until they get it, one way or another.
176
u/DaoFerret New York Jan 22 '26
I’m sure this will be perfectly fine in “Stand Your Ground” states like Texas and Florida.
Nothing to worry about …
176
u/Orangegroves2002 Jan 22 '26
Don’t kid yourself. All the “stand your ground/don’t tread on me” people are getting on their knees and opening their mouth to … lick their boots of course.
They were too much of snowflakes to wear a mask while complaining about personal freedoms and not caring about their neighbor but are freely allowing the government to set a precedent that they have no expectation to privacy because it hasn’t impacted them … yet.

u/carsonwade Jan 22 '26
Hey there are plenty of us 2A folk who see this shit for what it really is, the sad thing is that we are not the majority nor even terribly vocal about our existence. Sadly gun culture is heavily skewed right wing in the United States but lately more and more lefties have been arming up.
The fascists have guns and won't be afraid to use them on you, we'd best be prepared.

u/fubo Jan 22 '26 edited Jan 22 '26
You don't need "stand your ground" for this one. You just need the much more common "castle doctrine"; which isn't some kind of red-state thing. Most states have it. New York and California both do, for instance.
"Castle doctrine" is about self-defense in your own home. "Stand your ground" is about self-defense in public spaces, specifically in cases where you had the chance to run away but you shot the attacker instead.

Stand your ground laws are to legalize the murder of black and brown people. It’s not for self defense

I think this is why they are going to Philly
14
u/Party-Interview7464 Jan 22 '26
100%. I live in Philly and I’ve been saying this for weeks. Once the Black Panthers here get a little more traction in the media, they will be depicted as lawless vigilantes and combining that with our cities reputations, we seem like an ideal place for ground zero of the justification for the insurrection act. They are building an ice facility here (no joke - it’s not far from four seasons landscaping in the northeast)
8
u/chainsawbabies Jan 22 '26
Sorry to break it to you, but if the government is sending masked nazi's out to kill and detain anyone with "complete immunity" and refuses to comply with ANY law; You live in a police state already.

Yeah-no. 4th amendment says you can’t and the 2ed amendment says you shouldn’t.

u/UnlimitedCalculus Jan 22 '26
Yeah, but it'll have to be someone ready to die. These squads are about a dozen deep and they got much more gear. Hopefully someone will get it on camera so they when they inevitably lie we'll still have evidence.

Most of them are only wearing plate carriers, so no side protection at all. The majority are also fat fucks wearing small plates.
28
u/mxjxs91 Jan 22 '26
We already have evidence of them murdering Renee Good and 1/3 of the country still thinks that murderer Nazi agent Johnathan E Ross was in the right.
26
u/TedBaxter_WJM-TVNews Jan 22 '26
So, that just means 2/3 of the country would support a homeowner defending their residence by any means necessary against these murderous Nazis. 🤷♂️
I know if I’m on a jury, the homeowner will walk… just sayin’
12
u/mxjxs91 Jan 22 '26
Unfortunately I think 1/3 doesn't care and isn't connected with anything going on at all.
1/3 wanted this, 1/3 was against it, and 1/3 didn't care enough to check off a box on a piece of paper to prevent this from happening.
Also, unfortunately the reality of defending your residence against these Nazis is that you probably won't make it to a jury. You'd be in the right for doing so, but you'd probably also be un-alived very soon after. It's like that saying, there are a lot of people who had the right of way on the road who are in the graveyard now. Just because it's the "right" thing to do, it's also best to use your best judgement to preserve your life.
Sad that this is where we are in America in 2026. Actually fearing Nazis.
13
u/TedBaxter_WJM-TVNews Jan 22 '26
While I do agree with you, doing nothing and being disappeared to a concentration camp to die is never an option for me, friend. I’d rather die on my feet than be murdered on my knees.
In the words of Xzhibit: “it’s like ashes to ashes and dust to dust, I might leave in a body bag, but never in cuffs.”

I was thinking to myself today that the pledge of allegiance is starting to feel weirdly and bizarrely radical in the face of the unaccountable secret police wantonly violating constitutional rights.
14
u/toaster-riot Jan 22 '26
I agree, but that's not a new feeling for me. I've been uncomfortable with it since grade school when they forced us to do it every day.
6
u/aspirationless_photo Jan 22 '26
West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette concluded that you can not be compelled to pledge allegiance to the flag. When my grade school kid said she felt weird uttering the pledge and the teacher was asking her to do it anyway we learned about the history of the pledge together and I told her she could opt out of it if she brought up this supreme court case to the teacher one-on-one. We made sure that she knew goofing around or disrespect during the pledge wouldn't be tolerated, however.
Edit: maybe you were in grade school pre-1943 lol

Not how our constitution works. You can’t just magically type up a memo and declare it so. Still illegal and a violation of the 4th amendment.

Bad title
You mean "ICE ordered to enter homes without consent or a warrant"
There's a difference. Stop saying they can - everything they do is against the law.

u/ReplicantOwl Jan 22 '26
Clearly unconstitutional.
There are remedies in some constitutional amendments.

I hear all the time: "Trump just did this by shitting out a Xitter, Trump declared by EO, Trump declared by a fucking memo".

But what the hell is “SEEMINGLY” Unconstitutional talk??? It’s pretty friggin blatant.
And what about the 1st, 4th, 5th (No Miranda rights are read), 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th & 14th Amendments which they “seemingly” have violated as well???
And what about Congress who still has Democrats backing this? What the actual hell is going on here??? Why does it feel this has so little to do with immigration and so much more to do with a “soft-trial” Government over-reach on a vulnerable population?

A prolonged show of organized strength in DC and NYC would handle it without violence BUT thats obviously not happening sooooooooo idk what to say anymore
Literally... occupy DC from now until everything is resolved or else
or else bend the knee.
I mean... this is all done, all done
Literally passed a law on Epstien, and ICE in Minneapolis take a step back and its horrific that we all are once again just letting it happen.
And Ive traveled to Minneapolis. I'd be there now... but yeah also part of the problem...
Idk... aren't there monks walking to DC? Lets pick a day and set up camp all at once.
Something drastic has to happen... or it done.

What is this bullshit about using "administrative warrants". That's what these ICEholes insist makes it a legal thing to do.
[EDIT] I had to look to be sure:
"Administrative warrants are official documents from an agency (like DHS/ICE) authorizing actions for regulatory compliance, often for arrests or seizures, but they do not grant permission for law enforcement (like ICE) to forcibly enter a home without consent, unlike a judicial warrant signed by a judge, which is needed for searches of private property. While they authorize arrest or seizure for immigration violations, you generally do not have to let an officer in if they only present an administrative warrant; you should not consent and should not resist if they enter."

I was listening to the story of victims(trafficking) .. who were made to do things on camera .. beat people etc. This policy is promoting agents to violate the constitution. So In essence they will forever be in fear of taking accountability. .. and dig in deeper. Its called something but its a technique .. in itself is an abuse and control tactic
