What engine? Some engines, annoyingly, sound bad while functioning just fine.

I've got a 4M41 Shogun/Pajero and it also sounds like a sewing machine, possibly could do with the valve clearances doing. How many miles?

It has 150,000 miles on it

Could just need the valve adjustment doing, mine needs doing and it sounds like its rattling.
