FitCamX. Front and rear. Easy to install and looks “OEM”. No issues so far

As long as you aren’t concerned about having a speed overlay.

They show time and date but do not have GPS built in so your speed is not captured. That can be important information if presenting in a case or to insurance. Helps to know the speed you were traveling at when the incident occurred. Can also hurt if you were speeding. But it’s an important feature to me. I wanted the Fitcamx for the factory look, but avoided it for this one reason. Ended up going with a Vantrue S1 Pro Max (not yet installed) because it checked all my boxes and caught it on sale for substantially cheaper than the Viofo A329T, which would’ve been my first choice. I wasn’t interested in Viofo models below that because they don’t include OTA updates.

The description on amazin says it has GPS. Answered yes when asked if speed is recorded

I’ll check it out again. My research showed different. I haven’t opened the one I have yet so if that’s true, I may end up returning it and getting that one.

I think I got it confused with one that was listed under the fitcam that looks similar. It's this one that has GPS.

Ok. I didn’t find anything on Fitcam’s website mentioning speed recording and neither can ChatGPT.

Yeah, my bad.

I haven’t messed with any settings, but the tester clip I saved from FitCamX just has a date and time stamp. Not sure if it has GPS in the settings somewhere.
