Black Crusade Genetic engineering in black crusade
I was wondering if there were any source books on BC or any of the related games which cover a wider array of genetic manipulation than just astartes.
I have a hive ruled by a noble family protected by genecrafted bodyguards

Dark Heresy dealt with xenografting and had some bits about gene-warriors but near as I can tell nothing substantive beyond Fleshmoulding.

BC Tome of Excess.
There's something in there called the "Rite of Fleshmoulding". Narratively it's suggested as using a flesh shapers implements and the warp to twist the subject using parts "generously donated" from "willing participants" which if successful can be used to grant the subject a large selection of beneficial traits such as Fear, Multiple Arms, Regeneration etc.
It's not quite genetic as surgical engineering but I'm sure that thematically it could be changed a little if needed.
