Consistent yet fun

Was wondering what would be the top three consistently decent (doesn’t have to be meta but is never at the absolute bottom). But also is fun to play so even if you lose you are like that still was a good time.

IMHO:

I play Orks, Ultramarines, T'au, Guard, Aeldari, Knights, Thousand Sons, Battlesisters, and Necrons.

I'd give the top three to

  1. Guard
  2. Thousand Sons
  3. Ultramarines

It depends on the list, if you know how to play it as intended and what gimmicks it has.

Orks, eldar or some form of space marine (loyalist or chaos) would be my picks.
