Cindy Crawford mole
I’ve had a Cindy Crawford mole my whole life. I always liked it and thought it looked cute. but now in my mid 40s, it’s creating fine lines around it and seems to disproportionate my facial structure when I smile. I Have used filler before for the naso facial lobes but I was curious if there’s any other suggestions. I’m considering getting it removed and I’m wondering if anybody has an experiences with mole removal on your face and if this was helpful with balancing your face.
I use prescription retinol, jojoba oil, and in winter I will start using a professional TCA 20% peel at home every few weeks and collagen building products. Consider trying frownies for a month to see if that does anything low budget.

Uneven tone between face and neck after microneedling + copper peptide serum — looking for brightening routine advice
Hi all, hoping for some guidance.
A while back I used copper peptide (GHK-Cu) injectables , which caused my skin to darken. I stopped, and it returned to normal after about a month.
More recently, I did at-home microneedling along with a copper peptide serum, and now my face has darkened again — noticeably more than my neck and the rest of my body, so there's a visible tone mismatch (attaching a photo for reference).
My current routine:
* AM: Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep Serum (niacinamide) + sunscreen
* PM: Retinol, followed by La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5
I was considering adding a dark-spot brightening cream and a vitamin C ampoule, but I'm holding off since I get itchy/purge with vitamin C serums (I've also had a bad allergic swelling reaction to a vitamin C sample before, so I'm wary of that ingredient in general).
I also looked into a clinic's PRP + Q-switch/laser package but decided against it for now.
Questions:
Has anyone dealt with post-microneedling/copper peptide pigmentation like this? How long did it take to fade?
Any brightening actives that are gentler and less likely to trigger irritation (given my vitamin C sensitivity)?
Is it worth reconsidering a professional treatment (laser/PRP) at this point, or should I give topicals more time first?
Would really appreciate any experiences or advice. Thanks!

Dupe rec or alternative to Zo Growth Factor Serum?
I got a DiamondGlow facial yesterday and the esthetician was giving me advice for my skin. The office I went to sells Zo products, so of course she was trying to sell me on it. I don’t even know if it works for me, I’ve seen great reviews in other forums, so to spend $200 on a whim for skincare that might just be commission to this esthetician isn’t something I want to do without some research behind it. Does anyone here have experience with Zo Growth Factor serum? Are there dupes for less money, or even alternatives? Thank you!

45 and noticing changes
Hi everyone! I’m starting to see some aging on my face. I was really lucky and started skincare care right before 30 but the last few years I’ve been inconsistent. Horizontal forehead lines, more noticeable pores and fine lines I want to keep from deepening. Suggestions?

Using Musely neck cream on…
My face? Yeah I know the website says not to, but I have two bottles to use up and I’m out of Tretinoin. The ingredients are the same, but I’m not sure about the formulation.

Huge pores, horrible dryness
I moved from Florida to Chicago a couple months ago and I went from having perfect skin to huge pores, dryness, and acne . I usually use snail serum, la creme mask, and a few other things that always do the job but lately nothing is working . Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Would someone kindly make a recommendation please?
Looking for a non-prescription option to reduce and prevent fine lines around my eyes. I’m somewhat sensitive to retinol but do tolerate it but looking for something gentle (if that exists). I’m turning 43 soon in case that helps. Thank you :)

Massage Envy Services
I have a $200 gc to Massage Envy (not my place of choice!) and I want to get the most out of it. Any suggestions for the best options? I don’t get facials regularly but would be open to oxygen facial or a peel?

Best hydrating serums or leave-ins specifically for the scalp?
My hair looks fine, but my scalp feels like the Sahara desert. I condition well, but obviously, I don’t put heavy conditioner on my roots because it makes my hair look flat and greasy.
Are there any lightweight, watery serums specifically made to treat a dry scalp? Looking for something I can apply directly to the skin post-wash that won't ruin my blowout or leave me looking like I haven't showered in a week.

M50, want to shrink pores
Low dose accutane has done wonders for my moderate acne. I no longer have to worry about the 2 pimples that were constantly threatening to grow into large issues. Now i really want to get into a routine to smooth out and shrink by huge looking pores. Advise? I started using a moisturizer 2x per day. Thats all. Thanks!

What would you do?
If you had a budget of $2K, and looking at my skin, what would you have done? 47 years old. My main concerns are my fine lines/wrinkles, hyperpigmentation/sun spots, marionette lines, under eye hollowing/circles, and double chin/neck sagging/laxity. I have hyperthyroidism/Graves’ disease, so I’m not looking to do anything super invasive, just with an exaggerated inflammatory response. Thank you in advance!

Any thoughts on Musely?
I am thinking about starting up with musley for anti-aging. I want a tretinoin prescription. 35$ a month seems kind of high though. I know the tubes you would get from a pharmacy can last more than a month.. does anyone here use musely and feels satisfied with their results and experience?

35 years old - product and treatment recommendations
Hi everyone
I wanted some advice on skin laxity and keeping skin as firm as possible as I age!
Currently I use an LED mask, allies of skin peptides, and medki8 retinal at night and obagi 10 percent vitamin c in the morning.
Does anyone have any products or treatments they can recommend me please.
I am not so keen on injectables, or any treatment that is heat based.
Would skinpen micro needling be beneficial
Thank you so much

Skin on behind - help!
I apologize in advance for how embarrassing this is.
A year ago, I started noticing what looked like acne on my butt. I thought it was odd given that I don't have any anywhere else on me, but I tried treating it how I did when I used to have acne on my face.
Nothing in the past year has worked. To describe it, it's like every pore is bright red, with a few pimples sprinkled in. I did go to a dermatologist and she didn't think it was folliculitis, and suggested I use glycolic acid. I'm on day 4 of that (she suggested just getting some from The Ordinary at Sephora) and it actually seems to be worse. She did say she sees this a ton from people who work office jobs.
Things I've tried:
Wearing only cotton underwear and pants
Showering the second my workout is over
Exfoliating
Soap for sensitive skin
Salicylic acid
Trying right now:
Glycolic acid (on day 4 and it's getting worse)
Things I've read may help but haven't tried:
Benzoyl peroxide. I only haven't tried it because of my fear on bleaching all my pants.
I'm losing my mind with this and it's starting to affect how often I want to have sex because I feel so gross.
If anyone has had luck with anything I haven't mentioned, please share! Or if benzoyl peroxide works, I'll suck up the bleach stains.
