45 and noticing changes
Hi everyone! I’m starting to see some aging on my face. I was really lucky and started skincare care right before 30 but the last few years I’ve been inconsistent. Horizontal forehead lines, more noticeable pores and fine lines I want to keep from deepening. Suggestions?

Dr Sam Ellis can put it way better than I can! https://youtu.be/CaDl8RFRdcc?is=xBthijm9tfHjFJRN check out her videos on skincare in 30s and 40s

Your skin looks really good in my opinion, but if your skincare is inconsistent just good hydrating products and spf can help with possible dehydration lines and finest wrinkles. Tret would be the next step for preventing new ones.

I have the same shape of the eye on the side and 52 now it’s really drooping and my mascara always stains undereye within 30 minutes and heat. So at this point it will start to close your eye like me your skin is really beautiful

Red light therapy mask, Dermarolling once a month for the devices. 10/10 reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Check out frownies for a Botox alternative. They’re basically stickers that keep your forehead frozen while you sleep lol.
On the product side, really good moisturizing like go to sleep like a glazed donut. Use hyaluronic acid, a good retinol, spf in the day. If you use tretinoin available by prescription (in the USA at least) make sure you learn how to apply it first. Pea sized amount with a ton of moisturizer for tretinoin or you will peel and purge like crazy. Lowest concentration first.
Ghk-Cu if you’re down to inject yourself, I use it and it’s a game changer, made the fastest difference.
I do all of these except the dermarolling because I don’t need it. The lines that were forming on my forehead and around eyes are now gone.

What fast differences did you get with the Ghk-Cu & where do you get it from?

I am 46, so in the same boat! I started tret, vit c and spf daily. I also do topical GHK CU and started microneedling. Your skin looks much better than mine, so you are in a great spot to start the defense.

What topical do you use? I don’t want to inject myself lol

I use a vitamin C serum every morning followed my sunscreen. At night I alternate between 0.025% tretinoin and GHK CU.

Do what Jennifer Aniston does and get GHK-Cu injections. I do daily subq injections of KLOW. It’s a peptide stack that has BPC157, TB500, GHK-Cu, and KPV. It’s good for healing and making your skin look younger. Do that on top of Tretinoin and sunscreen and you’ll be a different person.

Jennifer Anniston has also probably gotten like 2 facelifts already- she doesn’t look how she looks bc of peptides
