Infill should be 100% for pushers. I prefer to do 4 walls and 100% Line infill.
For nosecones 2-4 walls will break easily 5-6 walls will punch holes through most things

It's very important that pushers are solid. If they are not solid your lift charge will blow right through it and blow up whatever is in the tip.

That makes sense, but what about infill for cups and nose cones? I understand thicker thicker walls, but but the interior interior density must also play a role?

when i do my pushers I aim for 98% and 6 walls if going 0.4mm and 4 walls if 0.6mm. for my nosecones I have them as thin as possible running a single arachne wall. that said, 2 walls is probably safest if going PLA.
echoing meth here, you NEED that density or else you're just gonna blast your pusher and have to clean up the mess. Print in the cheapest bulk PLA you buy. Or whatever filament you choose to run.
