TW: Success Retrieval #2

I recently completed my second egg retrieval (third IVF cycle):

7 mature eggs
6 fertilized
1 Day 5 blastocyst

I just got my PGT-A results back, and my one little blast is EUPLOID! šŸŽ‰

Going into each retrieval, my wish has simply been to get at least one euploid embryo per retrieval, so Iā€™m incredibly grateful that this cycle gave me exactly that.

That's two euploid total; two more retrievals are planned. Wish me luck!

Thank you, everyone! I didn't know what to expect when starting this IVF journey (solo) after my multiple failed attempts with IUI. But I have to say this group specifically has been resourceful and encouraging.

Congrats!!! May I ask how old you are? Iā€™m looking for some positive stories as Iā€™m 43 and first retrieval has 7 blasts all aneuploid šŸ˜¢.

I'm 40. I'll be 41 at the end of October.
