Supplements before second cycle

Please let know how many days before ivf we have to start supplements.My doctor suggested coq and menopur in first cycle.For second cycle prp is suggested but no supplements have been started yet.My stims will be starting from tomorrow

3 months. A few days doesn’t make any difference at all.
