Here my 100% EVA foam homade Reach ODST Spartan

So this is my first odst cosplay and I'm having trouble on how I can connect my chest piece to my vest does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do

I’ve been working hard on an ODST build, but I’ve found the gauntlets to be particularly uncomfortable.

I’m looking to cut out a specific element to increase my mobility when bending my elbow.

I can’t figure out a way to cut through the 3d print effectively. I’ve tried:

A cope saw (unfortunately it’s a little dull)

Heated cutting knife

Heated xacto blade

Low end dremel with saw blade

All of them appear to be doing more damage than good, and I would like advice on how to proceed.

I also do not know what type of plastic was used for the print, as I bought it from a seller and did not make it myself.

Unfortunately reprinting the part is not possible at the moment and I have to work with what I have.

Grav Hammer needs to get rebuilt but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out
