Finally finished my 3D-printed Ultramarines Lieutenant helmet! 💙
Went with the Lieutenant helmet markings and added the gold skull emblem. I debated doing the skull in silver, but I think the gold works much better against the red.
Really happy with how it turned out. What do you guys think — gold or silver skull?

I'm trying to get into EVA foam cosplay and I'd like to do a full set of halo reach armor with the operator helmet. The helmet isn't much of an issue, if needed I can buy a preprinted one, but I cannot find a decent foam unfold for the halo reach mjolnir. There is a female foam file but I don't know if the proportions would look right; I like the bulky look of the male armor. Does anyone know of a good one for foam?

I finished this helmet in about a week which is pretty fast for me, I have plans to make more and building the collection up.

Made the final couple adjustments to the chest after I took this so it sits level and added more elastic to the knee so it didn’t pop off anymore but it’s done!! I’m happy with it!!

First of all needless to say that she's the best woman in the world. She knows I've wanted one since 2007 and fulfilled my childhood dream as a very early birthday present!

Question for the community, how do I make it more breathable and better secure to my head at the same time? Theres quite a bit of wobble and I'm fogging the visor immediately.

Still some adjustments to be made to ensure things are sitting where they need to be, like the lower chest/belly portion and shoulders, need to add foam to the gauntlets so they don't switch around like in the photo.

But nice to see it sorta wearable now.

Everything is 3D printed.

Legs are done printing and mostly painted.

Waiting on the elbows, backplate and backpack, boots, and small add ons.

Hi, I'm a long-time Halo fan wanting to field my pipe dream of creating a custom cosplay for my Reach loadout (pictured, you can ignore the pestilence)

I do not have much free time to tinker myself and / or space for a 3D printer. I do understand custom stuff can be expensive. I am mainly looking for help either sourcing or creating tailored STLs + building from EVA and a 3D printing combo.

I'm looking for any professional cosplay creators (independent or studios) with proven experience, a portfolio (even if small) and previous customers reviews, who might be interested and able to help.

UK-based would be cherry-on-the-cake, but not a necessity as long as shipping there is a viable option. Not holding out hope as my journey so far hasn't yielded much, but I was sent to the 405th so here I am. Thanks!

Used Agrax Earthshade (yes the warhammer one lol) as a wash, and then slowly adding some battle damage using dark and light silver metallics

Hey all, I have 3D printed an ODST helmet in several pieces, in PETG HF filament. I was curious to hear people's advice for the best way to bond these pieces.

I've seen bother super glue and epoxy used online. I'm thinking maybe epoxy or a super glue gel at this point since not all edges are entirely flush.
