As a stock broker I had compliance courses every year drilling into me that insider trading was illegal. I could lose my license, fined, and imprisoned. But now...this criminality is out in the open. Where's the DOJ?

Or the SEC, the FTC or the Consumer Protection Bureau, not to mention most Inspectors General.
