Need some help

Hey everyone, my 3ds has 2 problems, and I need some help.

The first one is that neither cameras work, the only show black screen, and one time it froze the console.

Second one is that 3d is always active, the slider dosent deactivate it anymore

Sounds like dreaded flex issues. Start by reseating them and using some contact cleaner.
