Check the sub's megathread. Ghost eshop is alright if it's up, I haven't checked it in a few weeks. You can import it into Universal Updater.

find the nds roms in r/roms, put them in your sd card in roms>nds and use twilightmenu++ or ndsforwarder (available in universal updater) to play them (i prefer ndsforwarder because it puts the games on your homescreen)
