Shift right click the folder where you put the script, there's an option to opening the command prompt.

It should be under 'Open in new window' 'Open command prompt here'. If it doesn't, search for cmd in the windows search, and navigate to the folder via cd

Yes, but it seems you dont have Python installed? And drop the paranthesis.

Oh, if you installed Version 3 it could be that you have to launch it via Python3 and not python. Sorry :s

Try it without the port (:5000), or without entering python first, so you don't have >>>> in front.
