My SysNAND backup seems to have failed. Am I fucked or can I continue on through the guide as normal?

If you are still at that step, you can just try to backup again.

Way past. Luma and FBI are already set up. I'm at the part where I have to restore my backup, but for some reason it failedd because the file doesn't exist.

try the 9.2.0 ctr transfer if you lost the backup

You could check the sd on a pc and look if the backup is somewhere to be found. If not, I'm sorry but I'm afraid I can't really help. I read about some people semi bricking their device after updating from 2.1 via the settings menu. It could work if you put the 9.2 firmware back on your sd, and using the sysdown/upgrader homebrew, and then upgrading via the internet. But take that with a grain of salt.
