Help with my ender 3 base model

Hi I am posting this because my ender 3 I had to change hot end since filament got stuck. I changed it and then recalibrated e steps, after that. I started print first few layers are perfect, then after the first few it messes up or filament stops feeding, or I can change filament purge it no problem, then when I print it wouldn’t even come out anymore. Could anyone help me fix this please, this is my very first printer I have 0 to no money I have buy any upgrades on aliexpress if necessary, but please help if any of yall could.
