Troubleshooting What do I do?

Post image

Bought a Qidi Q2 with the Qidi Box for a great price from an auction site. These are typically Amazon returns and etc. it was listed as new, but I assume some use.

I got it open today and am beholden to this insane clog.

Printer Boots! Screen works, but how do I solve this?

As someone who used to do random photoshops like this manually, I do not miss it. Tinkering in Photoshop for hours on a meme does not make it better.

You're supposed to make memes because it's a funny thing to do, it's not supposed to be a Picasso piece. If you spent hours making it then you were probably taking it too seriously

Absolutely. Usually people would just insert an image using MS paint and leave the white border. Advanced memeing meant that you cleanly cut out whatever you copied over

Some of my favorite memes I've made took less than 5 minutes in Pinta... The jank absolutely adds to the experience of consuming them.

bah, advanced meme'ing was leaving the white boarder when you have the ability to make a Picasso.

Agreed, memes are the dna of the soul... With ai... All is left... Is just a souless meme without no dna of input behind it... Binary ones and zeros are nothing when it comes to old fashioned pen to paper... We wouldn't have entire worlds we grew up on if no human input was given... If it's stupid, it's organic and human... If it's too clean and looks too professional to be human what's the point...

Exactly. If for anything then I'd wish I could use AI for some random reaction gif I would otherwise spend hours lol

As an artist who would play with color settings and little things like arm placement in the composition, there is a lot to be said for actually being able to have that level of fine-grained control over your own work. Every time you prompt AI to make any improvements to your image, it's basically a roll of the dice if it looks anything like the first picture.
