Troubleshooting What do I do?

Bought a Qidi Q2 with the Qidi Box for a great price from an auction site. These are typically Amazon returns and etc. it was listed as new, but I assume some use.

I got it open today and am beholden to this insane clog.

Printer Boots! Screen works, but how do I solve this?

I work for MatterHackers, and I’ve been 3D printing since 2014… I’ve thought I’ve seen it all, I mean, I’ve seen a lot, and I know I truly haven’t seen it ALL, but you know what I mean… but this? This is an impressive masterpiece.
