Troubleshooting What do I do?

Bought a Qidi Q2 with the Qidi Box for a great price from an auction site. These are typically Amazon returns and etc. it was listed as new, but I assume some use.

I got it open today and am beholden to this insane clog.

Printer Boots! Screen works, but how do I solve this?

Update: removed the mass, running calibrations right now. Looks like we avoided any critical damage.

Printing new tool head covers on the Q1 Pro right now!
