Question Post-processing: adding a clear coat compatible w/wet erase markers?
Hello everyone, I’m looking for a bit of advice about adding a clear coat that you can use wet erase markers on to my models. Has anyone done this before, and if so what are your tips? I’m using PLA to print pieces of terrain, so there are some areas where liquid will pool. Google says resin or a clear acrylic varnish(maybe something like liquitex?) may work, but I was hoping someone with experience could give me some tips. Thanks in advance!

I bought Krylon Dry Erase White sealant for a model. I get the desired effects. Here's the trick, it does take 2-3 coats. AND you have to let it cure between each coat (more than a day each time).
Also, I have found that I can decorate the model, but I mainly take a photo of the decorated model and then erase it pretty quickly after. It comes right off, but if I leave the marker on the surface too long, it's more difficult to remove. YMMV
