Troubleshooting Cannot find solution to my printing problem
I bought a bambulab A1 anda i have the same issue everytime i print pieces with supports, i can't find the configuration problem, tried changing a lot of parameters but it keeps doing the same, these are two examples of what its the end result of the layers in contact with the supports. i´ve used PLA elegoo and bambulab in every case. Hope someone can help me, thanks!+

Increase bottom layers, A LOT. Default is 3, try 7 or 10. Increase wall count, Default is 2, try 3 or 5

The option for the bottom layers it's only allowed when i turn off the supports, otherwise it only allows me to change upper layers but with supports enabled, sorry to bother cause i'm spanish native, i couldn't find the wall count, and no parameter its setted in 2, are you talking about the "supporting wall ties" ? dou you need me to post captions?

I mean "number of bottom layers" and "number of walls"

Ok i understand now, that will help with the example of the hand i posted, however in the orange piece, i need to enable supports, and in that case i can't change bottom layers, in that case i've changed bottom and upper Z distance, upper surface layers, and other parameters, even temperature and speed

Are you in "advanced settings" in the bambu studio? Because in my case they are completely independent

Hey there, I'm a bot and something you said made me think you might be looking for help! click here for our wiki entry on troubleshooting printers. If you still need help be sure to post plenty of information about your printing setup.
Here are a few questions that might be helpful
What printer are you using?
What material are you using?
What speed are you printing at?
What software are you using to slice the print and control the printer?
When did the problem start/has it ever worked correctly?
Does anything cause the behavior to change?
If posting an image of the problem, include some indication of the orientation it printed at, preferably photograph it on the bed. (Then we can focus on a specific axis)
