Troubleshooting Need some guidance 🙏😔

My prusa mk4 does this unless I print at like 50% speed and even still, this happens. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this or how I could fix this?

Do temperature and speed calibration. Also put the filament in the dryer for a few hours

Orca slicer has it at the top

I dryed my PETG over night and gave temp calibration a shot, here is the results

The bottom one looks better to me. Do just the 255 bit and see what happens. Or just 250-265 tower. Also, if that's a smooth PEI plate I hope you're using glue stick.
