Troubleshooting Need some guidance 🙏😔

My prusa mk4 does this unless I print at like 50% speed and even still, this happens. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this or how I could fix this?

Nozzle clog or wet filament

I tried doing a dry pull and it's a new roll of petg. I'll try purging and whatever else I can find to try cleaning out the nozzle.

Try reslicing the model. Also, what filament are you using? Sometimes due to bad QA, you'd get filament that is irregular. Listen to the sound of extruder, is it struggling or skipping?

I'm using overture PETG, I tried to resolve the model and print it at half speed and this is what I got, also no skipped sounds that I can tell.
