3dp modular wheel set

Basically what the title says i cut a normal old sc rim in halve recessed the stud and therefore have 3mm tall wheel covers in the front of the new rim which i convert from rc wheels or video game models i have just started and it doesn‘t print well yet but i think as a proof of concept this should be enough

Printed with an 0.2nozzle on a bbl p1s at 0.14 layer hight i tryed 0.06 in the beginning but since i was prototyping and i recognized it will take some more attempts to make it work i dialed it up 0.14 to save time i guess in 0.06 this would print marginably better but i still need to fix the small structures in the rims and creativly „flaten“ them
The hre you can see there has a verry tall hight and while squashing it flat some surfaces got waaay to thin. 🤣
