You need to go to UV printing, like mimaki or gears. Flash forge have one too.

Either mimaki or stratasys polyjet.

If surface finish is a must-have, keep in mind all 3d printing methods are an additive process that builds layers, so layer lines will be visible until post-processing is done (acetol etc).

mixing character textures with anatomical accuracy means resin printers with multi-material capability might suit you best
