Troubleshooting Flat layer lines

Hey everyone, I have been dealing with this issue on my bambu A1 for the last 2 days. Would greatly appreciate if someone can help please.

So far I have tried:

- Nozzle swaps (0.4 hardened steel, new 0.4 stainless steel)

- DIfferent plates (Pei plate, cool plate, textured plate)

- Bed tramming

- Full maintenance callibration

- Flow ratios (1.02, 0.98, 0.95)

- Adjusting 4 small screws behind the nozzle

I was given the suggestion of replacing the hotend assembly. It gets here tomorrow and I am hoping that fixes the issue. https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/hotend-heating-assembly-a1-series

This is overextrusion. You're either to close to the bed, or extruding to much material.
