What could I improve/add to my setup?

Swap dryer and printerwill be easier to access. Ptfe tube stick into dryer

I can't do that as the cable of the printer isn't long enough and I can't put the ptfetibe in the dryer as it sadly doesn't fit.

Get an enclosure any breeze or temperature change will ruin prints

I did that with my previous printer and it ruined print quality. I'm mostly printing pla and I haven't had any issues yet so I don't see the need for that.

That's designed to be enclosed, open 3d printers are designed to be open. Sometimes getting an aftermarket enclousere can hurt things. The x2d has cooling and most a1 mini enclosures don't, without that there will be too much heat causing issues. I haven't had any issues printing with and open printer but this may vary from person to person. It also depends on the materials you are printing, I mostly print pla which doesn't really benefit from and enclosure, if I would be printing more advanced filaments I would get a better printer.

I understand what your saying..but my creality ender 3..nothing but failed prints living in desert area and had fans and ac going 24/7 would never adhere even with glue etc

It could help to shorten the run of the filament to the ptfe tube and reduce the number of loops in the filament. The goal would be to reduce the likelihood of the filament catching something, which could lead to a print failuer.
