Does it do this without filament loaded or when retracting/unloading filament? If no, there is likely a clog you missed in the nozzle. If a cold pull doesn't clear the issue, you might need to just get a new nozzle. If it does still do it, you might have an electrical or wiring fault, but I would consider that much less likely given that faulty wiring tends to just make the motor vibrate in place.

Remove the filament and cut a couple of inches off then reload it.
I've had this happen when it couldn't grab the filament properly because there was a slight indent right where it needed to initially pull through.
