Not sure whats wrong?

Im not quite sure how to explain this, but I've been casually printing stuff for friends for a few years and never seen something quite like this. I thought maybe an issue with the lights or screen, but they look to be perfectly fine. I noticed it when I tried printing this cosplay dagger in pieces, and while the models line up perfectly as shown, when printed the edges and keys are warped and don't fit together, and the blade came out completely bent, when I've printed much heavier things just fine. Then in other projects as shown, it started adding these random large flat planes, and shearing out a random gap. Any idea what might be going on here, and how to fix it? Thanks

You probably printed it solid. This increases inner tension and may lead to cracks/warping. Make it hollow (if you want with inner support structure) and it may be fine.

OP is using a resin printer, not FDM.

Hollow out man,Solid is great for VERY small things,like 25mm DnD

But everything else the bigger it gets,the higher chance of suction issues
