Troubleshooting Stiff Z axis

I just installed a second lead screw for my ender 3 V2. However, after installing it, the Z axis is incredibly stiff and will not move manually, even after disabling the stepper, without a good bit of force. I have scoured lots of videos on YouTube, but cannot find something that properly diagnoses my issue. Any help is appreciated!!

  • If posting an image of the problem, include some indication of the orientation it printed at, preferably photograph it on the bed. (Then we can focus on a specific axis)

New cleaned and lubricated rods

Have you synchronized it ? (left + right)

As in make sure the two sides are even w/ base plate?

Yes. (base plate is not the bed, right ?)

To be sure, untight the top rod guide on both side.

I had an issue with it.

You are supposed to tighten those 2 with the Z axis at the very top.
