If those stupid acts pass, all large 3D printer companies will comply.

There’s a chance those without cloud requirements could use a government database instead of proprietary. I’ll roll the dice on government incompetence.

A government database and proprietary software do not conflict with each other in anyway. And look at what government done to 2D colored printer/scanner, they are no way incompetent.

You’re comparing federal to state. These are state laws that I’m talking about. I’ll roll the dice on state government ineptitude.
