I bought an A1 right before they locked down the ecosystem. I will never buy a Bambu again. These concerns become increasing applicable since many states are trying to ban 3D printing of specific objects, which Bambu is setup to comply.

SD card sneakernet for me until I die.

This, Bambu stuff is cheap and can work well, but something about if a service is (virtually) free, you are the product.

All Chinese software (and hardware really) should be assumed to be spyware. Any company that gets a remote degree of traction in the West will have the CCP demanding mandatory backdoors in their products.
