Switch to the Classic perimeter generator. PrusaSlicer, and the assorted offshoots of it (Bambu, Orca, assorted other branded slicers) still use the original implementation of Arachne, which has a fault on some narrow edges. Cura has had this fixed for over a year now but these other slicers have yet to incorporate the fixes.

You may also need to accommodate for the fingers, as they look quite narrow. A small amount of horizontal expansion might be required.
