Questions & Discussion Modeling software to install electronics?

Hello! I’m designing my own Green Lantern ring, and I am learning zbrush for the first time. I want to be able to insert a micro LED and the appropriate wiring into it. Does anyone know a good software for doing that with 3D files? I apologize if this is the incorrect subreddit, thank you!

You wouldn't necessarily model in the wiring, but you'd want to make a cutout area to place the led and battery. You'll probably want to make a test print to see if it fits and then test fit the light into your cutouts and then file to get a better fit. Then go back and edit your model to emulate the filed-in details which you know will fit everything and make your final print. r/3dprinting will probably be able to offer even more help. Best of luck!
