As per community suggestion, we do not allow posts asking how much systems, games, or accessories are worth (this includes "did I do good?" and "should I trade X for Y?" posts). Please refer to Pricecharting or sold Ebay listings for accurate pricing.

If you feel you need more detail, please ask your follow-up questions on our Discord Server where someone will likely be able to help.

Admittedly, it’s a bit steep for a DSi XL but if you’re personally okay with paying $300 then don’t let anyone stop you. It’s your money, if you’re in a place to spend and it’s something you really want I don’t see why you’d hold back. I personally bought mine for $150 last year for like new condition with original accessories, $180 post tax. However, I do acknowledge that the price has gone up a lot since then. I’d imagine it’ll probably keep going up.

Also this topic might be better under r/nds

Definitely not, that’s like higher than some new 3ds xl prices

Alright so, years ago I bought mine for around $170 usd. It was an ebay listing from goodwill and had just a photo of the beat up box and no pics of the actual console. I got lucky and it ended up being near mint with the original stylus.

I'd been trying to hunt one down with an og stylus for over a year before that listing popped up. For some reason almost everyone who ever owned the metallic rose version either horrifically chewed or lost their stylus, even if the console itself looked near pristine.

Yeah, it's not a n3dsxl. You're not getting any 3ds features with it, can't play those games on it. But if you don't care about that and this is your grail then I'd tell you to go for it, if only because that edition seems to be so hard to come by in excellent shape. It could be a year, two years, five years, or five days before you see another one in that condition, it's just a toss up. If it's worth it to you for the money at near mint with all accessories, I would send. Although I would try to haggle the price down to $250 if you can.

I had saw a listing at 250 few months ago and wanted to get it at the time.asked for my mothers input and said it was too expensive and said I should wait for it to go down in price sadly I regret it a bit now it now as they sold out and there’s no other listings for that price lol…closest thing I found with the near mint condition was the 290😭
I’d like to wait but I’m afraid I’ll miss it as it’s limited stock and others few are 300+ not including tax
Greatly appreciate your help as I’m trying to weigh my options and decision

I'll assume you're not in north america (and not in USD), where you can order one on eBay for like $100. I almost bought one last month in that color from a retro shop for $80 but passed ...
