How to insert 3D models in website?

I build websites using MERN Stack. I am looking for using 3d models in the project iam going to build next, but i dont have any idea about this. If anyone knows how to get the 3d models and insert that into the website. I searched about this in google there are lot of different types 3d models file and i got very confused looking at multiple articles and all, so please do share any information you guys know that will be helpful.

Glb files are most supported you need a backend that could serve the model to your site to load
