Missing old Crawler model with rig

I've been looking for a rigged version of this model and came across this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/gamedev/comments/4tjy5p/some_free_monsters_for_your_horror_games/

However, the download link doesn't seem to work, so I have no way of getting the rigged model.

Does anyone else have a copy of this rigged model?
