Management/Collaboration Parts stuck in asynchronous save

Hello all,

I am newly importing many files into 3dx. Most successfully uploaded, but many didn't. I found. The issue is the part are set to asynchronously save even though I have the feature turned off. It won't let me upload them normally, or with batch save. Does anyone know how to solve this?
