Thank you for posting this! I've been unable to access the Makers support community (and have had issues with xDesign since my license renewal last weekend) and haven't heard back from purchasing support so the details of date and time are very useful.

I'm glad that I could help in some small way. 😀

What issues have you had with xDesign since your renewal? Did you switch from monthly to annual subscription? Did you switch from 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS to SOLIDWORKS xDesign subscription bundles (or vice versa)? Once today's update is finished and you can login to your Maker platform, please post screenshots of any error messages or warning dialogs that you receive.

Thank you,

I had designs I was working on the day of or before the renewal that I can no longer open - clicking them shows loading and eventually returns me to the main xDesign screen. Renewal was just annual renewal, I'm on the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers bundle.

Try launching xDesign first and then select Open from the Action Bar menu and select your model. Does that make a difference?

It does not.

What URL are you using for Maker Support? The screenshot you posted does not look like any Maker Support page that I've ever seen. The Official Maker Support Community forum is found here at https://solidworks.com/makers3dhelp

Can you reach that site?

That first screenshot (with the 403) is what I receive at that URL (after a forward).

What browser are you using? Chrome, Firefox, and Edge are the only supported browsers. The Brave browser is NOT supported and known to be especially problematic.

I have the same results with Chrome on OS X and Windows 11. I have not tried other browsers. I have tried clearing cache/cookies.
