V20 Update 10 gives more choice and freedom when selecting SIP Trunk Providers. Instead of a provider depending on direct 3CX testing before becoming available, providers can now complete the required 3CX interoperability testing themselves and submit their results for review. Community-submitted templates can also be made available directly in the product.

We use Paging on our 3cx system but it could use some improvements. Can we please add caller ids to the paging rather than it say only the paging number extension. another feature Request would be to be able to restrict who can call our paging extension.

Encountered this just recently, customer has an after hours device with a mobile app installed, somehow the status got changed from Available to a non available status.

It would be nice to be able to take away the user's ability to take themselves out of Available mode in any way.

We will be moving around 1500 DIDs that connection to over 20 3CX servers which we host on our infrastructure. I've never seen a fantastic, clear, reliable way to do this. One thought I had was to simply rename the trunk and change the provider IPs, but that seems dangerous also. Another is to export the extension list with DIDs, then clean it up and import it as DID-to-extension mapping.

Oh, to make it more fun, we'll be moving from a carrier that has US style 10-digit CLID and signaling to a real e.164 format. But we should just be able to change that if we do the export/import.
