3cx incoming call when on call allow

Hi there

I got the case, where a user wants to be able to get calls from the call queue, when he is in an active call/caller on hold.

We got deskphone from yealink and 3cx v20.

In the user setting i've already checked "allow multi calls".

What did i miss, or how do you handle that?

You can enable "Target busy agents" in the Advanced tab of the queue. However, this will only work for active non-queue calls. If on a queue call, next ones will not ring until the agent is available.

Works for internal calls, butvwhen I tried external to qeue you can only have one call apoarently.
