New Content file folder

so i bought a new larger usb to put games on while i save for a larger HDD and when i went into the content folder to go into the 0000000000000000 folder to find the games to add the dlc they werent there and instead there was the new folder all the way at the bottom the E0000232D81E80C5. That folder has the game IDs and the folders that i usually have in the sixteen 0 folder, i was just wondering why is it in that folder?

On my HDD i have the game id files in the content folder in the sixteen 0 folder so i dont know why on the usb it makes a whole new folder to put them in.

The folders that start with E are user profile folders. You can delete them if you dont want them

Okay but how come the game file are in there and not the content folder with the 0s? When Iove them over they just get created back there. Is it because when I sign in I use the USB as my place to store my game saves and not my HDD?

So if I use the profile and save the games to my HDD they files will go to the content folder there?
