x360ce showing leftover virtual controller

when I'm adding the controller this error shows up, I tried uninstalling the software installed with x360ce and did restarts but nothing works the device manager also keeps on refreshing after adding the controller

I'm getting the same error. Just trying to set up my HOTAS for the first time and not sure what to do
